Wellness Clinics

The STIHC Wellness Clinics provides a combination of integrative wellness services to provide our patient’s an integrated whole person approach to comprehensive health and wellness. The Wellness Clinics includes Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Naturopathy.

Services Offered

Acupuncture - Referral from STIHC Primary Care Provider. Visit your Primary Care Provider to consult about a referral to Acupuncture. Once a referral is obtained, the Wellness Medical Clerk will call you to schedule an appointment.

Massage Therapy - Referral from STIHC Primary Care Provider. Visit your Primary Care Provider to consult about a referral to massage therapy. Once a referral is obtained, the Wellness Medical Clerk will call you to schedule an appointment. 

 

Naturopathic Medicine - In-person visits are being scheduled. To schedule an appointment: please call the Wellness Center at

(360) 645-2075 for a either a virtual telemedicine or in-person Naturopathy visit with Dr. Sager. 

 

Food & You - Food and you is a new program from Dr. Sager, it consists of five one hour sessions held weekly at the Wellness Center. For information on this program please call the Wellness Center 360-645-2075.
