Learning Resources

Below is a list of readings and trainings for staff who are working from home or have extra time while working in the office due to our modified services. Though some of these trainings are required, there is no deadline. I realize that many of our staff right now are completely swamped, while others have some extra time. This page is designed to guide all of our staff with resources to help us collectively increase our knowledge and skill set. When even just one of us becomes more proficient in the areas below, all of STIHC is able to better serve our community.

Please keep a log of all the trainings you complete as well as certificates of completion and provide these to your supervisor when you return to the office (or send it to them via text/email). You're welcome to find more resources and trainings that are relevant to your work as well. Please take advantage of this time to learn and brainstorm and plan!
