COVID Cases in Neah Bay as of 9am on Dec 22, 2021
Active Cases: 1
Households in Isolation/Quarantine: 1
Total Cases: 161

Omicron Variant
  • First detected on November 24
  • Now accounts for most cases of COVID in the U.S.
  • Spreads faster and easier than Delta Variant
  • Vaccines are expected to be effective for preventing severe illness and death
  • Unknown if treatments will be just as effective

We already have all the tools to fight Omicron
1. Vaccines
- Get vaccinated if you can
2. Masks
- Make sure it fits well
3. Testing
- Get tested right away if you have symptoms

Traveling and Gathering Safely During the Holidays
1. Wait until you and your visitors/guests are Fully Vaccinated
2. Wear masks indoors
3. Get Tested before and after *if* you have symptoms or if you're unvaccinated

Thank you and please have a safe and happy holiday season!
